Demonstration of a new packaging-integrated oxygen sensor. The sensor prototype was inserted in to a vacuum bag together with polyethylene foam sample mimicking a food product. 60 sec of vacuum was applied. The measurement has been done immediately after the bag was sealed and damaged. The sensor measures absolute amount of oxygen molecules inside the package. It can be used to remove leaking packages from the supply chain.

A short demonstration of fluorescence spectroscopy with Atto³ to differentiate yogurt samples. Two samples are used in this experiment : natural plain yogurt and flavored yogurt with Aloe Vera.
