Our Capabilities: From the UV to the Infrared

At Attonics Systems, we specialize in providing bespoke spectral sensing solutions spanning the electromagnetic spectrum from the ultra-violet (UV) to the mid-infrared (MIR).

Our Key Expertise:

  • Optimized Sensor Design

We take pride reducing sensor’s complexity without compromising on its performance, ensuring each sensor is finely tuned for its specific measurement task.

  • Data Mastery

Leveraging advanced analytics, we transform raw data into actionable insights, employing statistical analysis if necessary, supported by Artificial Intelligence to ensure precision and accuracy.

MedTech Applications

In the wake of the COVID pandemic, Attonics has played a pivotal role in advancing optical sensor systems for the rapid detection of the immune response to COVID vaccinations. We are proud to contribute the AttoS sensor platform which is equipped with cutting-edge fluorescence and colour sensors. It facilitates the detection of post-infection immune response with minimum sample volume requirements (as little as 40 µl) while delivering results within mere minutes.

Today, the platform’s capabilities have expanded beyond its initial scope. We are proud to work with Thrixen Pte Ltd, a bio-tech start-up, on the detection of biomarkers diagnosing bacterial from (and) viral infections using blood samples – a critical requirement for the correct treatment of infections.

Factory Automation

Attonics understands the critical evolution in the world of manufacturing and production. The relentless pursuit of enhanced production efficiency, product consistency and superior quality is unmistakable. Furthermore, as businesses aspire for greater scalability and flexibility in their production processes without compromising workforce safety, factory automation will be a driving factor of any modern production facility. At the same time, the drive towards factory automation has a direct correlation with a reduction in resource wastage – a fact that aligns perfectly with Attonics’ commitment to addressing global challenges.

In our ongoing endeavours, we are excited to announce the launch of our Industrial Colour (IC) sensor platform, AttoIC. Designed on a PLC-based framework, AttoIC offers precise, non-contact colour determination. Its versatile and robust design is suitable for both stationary and mobile installations, including robotic arms. This adaptability ensures rapid quality assurance checks in high-speed, automated processing lines, underscoring our dedication to ushering in the next generation of manufacturing excellence.

Environmental Sensing

In an era where environmental concerns take centre stage of global discussions on sustainability, the urgency to monitor and safeguard our natural resources has never been greater. Air and water, two of most critical lifeline resources of our planet, are under increasing threat from pollution and contamination. Developing sensor solutions for water and air quality is not just a technological pursuit Attonics is undertaking, but a vital step in preserving the health of our ecosystems. In our quest to enhance water quality measurements, we introduce the AttoV platform, a UV-VIS absorbance and fluorescence spectral sensor. Aptly named after the Hindu god Varuna, synonymous with the sky, oceans and waters, AttoV exemplifies our dedication to preserving the sanctity of our world’s most precious resource.
